Vantem, a leader in modular and offsite construction, was featured on HGTV’s popular series 100 Day Dream Home for its role in bringing a custom Affinity by Vantem coastal home to life in just 100 days. In collaboration with authorized builder Seasafe Homes, this project highlights how Vantem’s innovation delivers exceptional quality and resilience for coastal homeowners.
A customized version of the Affinity Paradise Pointe model, the home was built at Vantem’s Lakeland plant in June 2025 and completed that fall in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, by Seasafe Homes. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence offers 2,568 sq. ft. of living space plus 540 sq. ft. of covered decks designed for breezy waterfront gatherings. Elevated to FEMA standards, it features hurricane-rated impact windows and doors, Hardie cement board siding, composite decking, and a standing-seam metal roof for lasting performance.
Inside, airy 9’6” ceilings, 8-foot doors, and detailed coastal trim create a bright, open feel. The kitchen showcases 42” upper cabinetry in the calming, coastal color Norwich with contrasting island and quartz countertops, while each bath includes custom-tiled showers and refined finishes. Every detail reflects Vantem’s focus on design, durability, and efficiency—all delivered with predictable timelines and precision-built quality.
