Position Overview

Vantem is seeking a Real Estate Finance Manager to lead financial feasibility analysis, capital structuring, and investment strategy for our $20M–$30M+ projects. This role will play a critical part in evaluating and optimizing real estate investments, securing project financing, and driving financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Feasibility & Analysis
  • Assess project financial viability, including return on investment (ROI) and risk assessment.
  • Conduct pro forma modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning for potential developments.
• Capital Structuring & Investment Strategy
  • Develop and implement structured capital stacks, ensuring optimal funding solutions.
  • Identify and engage with institutional and private investors to secure project financing.
  • Manage financial due diligence and investor reporting.
• Financial Modeling & Business Development
  • Build detailed financial models to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize project efficiency and financial performance.
  • Support business development efforts, identifying new funding sources and investment opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the real estate, development, and construction teams to align financial strategies with project execution.
  • Provide financial insights to improve cost efficiencies and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of real estate finance experience, focusing on single-family residential and/or multifamily projects valued at $20M–$30M+.
• Technical & Financial Skills
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis.
  • Deep understanding of capital structuring, debt/equity financing, and investor relations.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, ARGUS, and real estate valuation tools.
