Position Overview

Vantem is seeking an experienced Director of Finance for our Real Estate division. This role will be pivotal in raising capital and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, capital markets, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for real estate projects.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the real estate division.
• Communication: Communicate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact financing and investment opportunities.
• Prepare Consolidated Statements: Prepare consolidated financial statements for the company’s real estate portfolio to provide insight into financial performance.
• Optimize Investment Strategies: Optimize investment strategies to assess risk and return profiles, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to stakeholders and the executive team.
• Due Diligence Management: Manage due diligence processes for potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate.
• Proven track record of raising capital and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial regulations.
