NACA Founder and CEO Bruce Marks, Vantem CEO Chris Anderson, and others are holding a joint press conference today to kick off NACA’s Achieve the Dream homebuyer event. The event will enable low- and moderate-income homebuyers to access NACA’s Best in America Mortgage: no down-payment, no closing costs, no fees, no mortgage insurance, at a below market fixed interest rate without consideration of one’s credit score.
A model of a NACA Home will be showcased at the event. NACA is partnering with Vantem, a modular housing builder, that simplifies construction and introduces energy efficiency into the home to make it more cost-effective and scalable. This three-bedroom, two-bath model is 1,400 square feet and costs about $120,000.
